What brings us happiness?

Hi there,
I'm coming back to you in Jan, 2020 with wisdom beyond my years. I'm writing more about happy things, choosing to focus on the positives in my life.
And here's what I learned - most of us may feel content but still feel a lack of happiness and we just can't figure out why. I can't figure out why. What are we missing? Introspection. Here are tangible action items for you to find your happiness:
Right before going to bed, write three things that happened today that went well.
Then write why it went well and why it made you happy. I promise you'll learn a lot about yourself and what brings you happiness.
As you build this habit, start documenting every little thing you want.
As time goes on, reflect on what you were able to attain.
